We know sometimes it can take a while....

But, good things are worth the wait. Everything in our kitchen is made from scratch from our roasted eggplant and mushrooms to our bruschetta and salad dressings. We make our dough fresh everyday as well as our sauce, we use locally grown herbs and vegetables. Dough presses or pre-made pizzas? Fuggetabout it! We pound and throw our pizzas by hand, minutes before you eat. Remember, that while sometimes other places might be faster, we aim for quality in flavor and freshness. If the kids are starving, we would happily start a pie, just for them, while everyone else decides. We love to make our pizza and we thank you for choosing us.
